Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Phil Suarez have set their sights on Minneapolis for their next Asian-themed venture. The yet-to-be-named spot will be located in the Chambers hotel, sister to NYC's Chambers, and is the brainchild of Ira Drukier (BD Hotels) and local real estate magnate Ralph Burnet.

Slated to open in spring 2006, both the hotel and moderately priced restaurant are being designed by NYC-based Rockwell Group.
