White House Names American Born Chef

Posted: October 13, 2004

DuBois (formerly of the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa, Atlantic City, NJ) replaced French born Roland Mesnier, who had created presidential confections since 1979. DuBois' chocolate covered face graced the April 2001 cover of Food Arts.
