Wine and spirits distribution giant Charmer Sunbelt Group has made two appointments to its executive team, promoting longtime company executives Greg Baird and Joseph Davolio.

Baird will oversee CSG’s supplier strategies in his new role as Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Baird’s career in the wine and spirits industry began with a ten-year stay at E&J Gallo. He took a position with Reliable Churchill (a CSG subsidiary) in 1990, where he was ultimately named President in 1998. In 2006, Baird was appointed Executive Vice President of Sales at CSG, a position he has held until his latest promotion.

Davolio has been appointed Executive Vice President, Capability Development. Davolio has worked with CSG for 23 years, filling positions such as President and CEO of Premier Beverage Company in Florida and President of Reliable Churchill in Maryland.
